Akki is the easy, flexible, efficient and affordable booking
management for safari ship and liveaboard operators

Instant Setup
Getting Akii set up for your
safari ship and website is easy. Once your account with us
activated you will be given full access to manage your ship(s),
trips, rates and define the general settings. The entire process
is simple and our team is here to help you with every step.

No Programming Costs
With Akii you have no
development time and costs. Akii is the result of thousands of
hours of development and programming time. Akii has been
developed in close co-operation with industry experts and
liveaboard operators. The setup is almost quick and most
customers can get started within 24 hours.

Flat Fee
You pay a flat fee of EURO 500
per ship and month, no matter how many bookings you make or
revenue you generate. There are no additional or hidden charges
and no setup fees. The fee includes technical and setup support
via chat and email and will be charged monthly.

Hosting
Akii is a hosted booking
management tool which means you don't need a web server with
database and security software to run Akii. We host if for you
and take care of data backups, security performance checks and
development. Your Akii license entitles you to ongoing software
updates. We use the latest security technology to protect your
data.

Your customers speak different
languages and Akii let's you cater to all of them all in their
native language. Every aspect of the customer interaction can be
in different languages. Generate multi language vouchers,
reservation confirmations or send language specific newsletters
to all of your customers who indicated that language as their

if you charge your customers in US Dollars, Euros, Yen or any
other currency, Akii let's you set up and manage different
currencies for different regions. Every voucher, invoice or
reservation confirmation can have different bank account details
depending on the currency. You can show Euro prices to customers
from Europe, Yen prices for customers from Japan and US Dollars
for other country or set up any other currency and country you
want.

Manage your safari ship(s)
with the liveaboard manager. Define rooms, features and extras.
You can also upload images that will be used in the booking
process. You can set up as many different liveaboards under the
same account as you like and set the details for every single
one separately.

Manager
Set trip/safari dates and
corresponding prices. With the multi currency manager you can
set up different currencies or even different prices for
different regions. I.e. customers from Italy generally have a
smaller income than customers from Germany so you can set
different prices for the different countries if you want. Akki
does the rest for you.

Quotes
Offer your customers instant
online quotes with Akii. Customers chose what dates and how many
rooms and the system offers them different options with real
time price quotes in their currency.

Reservation
Customers can chose a quote
and make an instant online reservation. The room is reserved for
the selected dates, customer submits all personal and payment
data to the liveaboard operator who processes the request.
- Payment Manager
Akii let's you process
payments online and manage money transactions. You can set the
amount for down payment and final payment. Akii sends out
invoices automatically and tracks the cash flow. Offer credit
card payments, international wire transfer payments to your bank
account, PayPal payments, Western Union and many other.

Reservation Confirmation / Invoice / Voucher generation
Generate all travel documents
and invoices automatically with the click of a button. Akii
automatically gets customer data and payment details from the
database and sends it to your customers via email or let's you
print it for mailing. All generated reservation confirmations,
invoices and vouchers are stored in the system and can be
searched later.

Manage your customer's contact
details, payment information, reservations, bookings and
invoices form one convenient admin interface. Customers also
have their own username and password to login to their customer
area to print reservation confirmations, invoices and vouchers,
submit payments and manage their contact information.

own language, send messages by language, customer status (never
booked, reserved but not booked, booked etc.) You can define
your own search criteria to reach your target audience. Email
supports HTML and attachments.

Akii and set how much commission they get paid. Akii features a
fully featured reseller program that let's you manage resellers,
payouts, accounting, banners, ad material and much more. With
Akii you can start your own network of agents and resellers who
